About Oleada

Oleada is the newest community on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas: 860 acres along a mile of beach at Playa Los Cangrejos, next door to Rancho San Lucas. At its center is Oleada Golf Links, Ernie Els’ first design in Mexico. On the beach, Legorreta has designed the Conrad Residences: ocean views from every home, a private pool for each, and Conrad running the services.

Two hotels are under construction at Oleada: the Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, the brand’s first all-inclusive Grand Hyatt (301 rooms), with reservations opening from early 2027; and the 175-key Conrad Los Cabos, expected in 2027.
